LSR Materials GmbH & Co. KG is a German trading company based on the principle of the lean supply of raw materials.

To do this principle justice, we work with tried-and-tested and specialist producers and established service providers with the shared aim of supplying our customers with the required product qualities quickly and efficiently. We are able to respond flexibly to your requirements:

simply, with the minimum of fuss and a solution in mind

Lean (management) is what drives us. Particularly in economic times when increased efficiency and savings programmes dictate the day-to-day business in corporate groups and companies, we supply you with the maximum efficiency using a process-based approach. More can be achieved through customer proximity and optimisation of the entire product chain than just supplying a good product.

We achieve this by

    • minimising waste
    • eliminating redundancy
    • harmonising processes

The founders of LSR Materials GmbH & Co. KG have been operating as international raw material trader for many years and their in-depth specialist and industry knowledge of the application areas and of the international procurement and sales market is a major factor behind the company’s success.
