Anthracite

Anthracite: High-quality carbon for numerous applications

Anthracite is the name given to mineral coal that has a high carbon content due to its high degree of coalification and contains low volatile components. This means that anthracites can be used in a variety of technical applications with the appropriate processing.

Anthracites for use in metallurgical applications are processed to a high standard and pre-packaged for the respective application. Depending on the origin of the respective anthracites, the usability in the respective areas of application differs. We will be happy to advise you on this.

We also stock filter anthracite for water treatment, which complies with the relevant standards in accordance with DIN EN 12909.
